El-Shahat aims to win the CAF Super Cup, the Egypt Cup, and the 2023 Egyptian Super Cup to achieve this feat.
The 31-year-old was instrumental in Ahly’s triumphant campaign this season that saw the club win two Super Cup titles, the Egypt Cup, the African Champions League, and the club's 43rd league title.
El-Shahat spoke to Al-Ahram El-Reyadi magazine, stating that the team's responsibility is to maintain its reputation as a new golden team for Ahly.
He added that every day at Ahly should be used to win as many trophies as possible.
Last month, El-Shahat extended his contract with Ahli for three years, keeping him at the club until 2026.
El-Shahat joined Ahly in January 2019 from Al Ain in the UAE for a record fee of $5 million.
In 177 appearances, he has scored 42 goals and provided 43 assists in all competitions.
