The new league season will kick off on 18 September, and the first round will run until 14 April 2024.

The Cairo derby, initially slated for the 10th round, was postponed due to Ahly's participation in the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup.

In a statement released on Friday, the Pro League unveiled the complete schedule for the first round.

Ahly will begin their title defence against Masry on Tuesday, 19 September, while Zamalek face a challenging start against Pyramids FC, the runners-up who made significant investments during the summer transfer window.

Last season, Ahly clinched the Egyptian Premier League title with an impressive 83 points, finishing ten points ahead of Pyramids FC, their closest competitors.
