The match witnessed the debut goals of two newly signed players, Anthony Modeste and Emam Ashour, further bolstering Ahly's success.

"We are delighted to have reached the Egypt Cup final, especially considering our dominance in the first half, while our opponents relied on counter-attacks," Koller conveyed during the post-game press conference.

French striker Modeste opened his goal-scoring account with Ahly, making an impact in only his second appearance for the team.

"We are putting in our utmost effort to prepare Modeste, taking into account his limited physical training since joining the team. I am working towards ensuring he is ready to maximize his talent in upcoming matches," added the Swiss coach.

"Modeste had three to four scoring opportunities, but unfortunately, he missed the final touch to find the back of the net," Koller remarked.

Substitute Emam Ashour sealed the 3-0 victory over Enppi with a powerful shot from inside the area, finding the back of the net four minutes before the end of the match.

This goal marked Ashour's first for Ahly since his transfer from Danish side Midtjylland FC last summer.

"Ashour is an exceptionally talented player with an impressive track record and outstanding performance. He was able to showcase his talent effectively today," praised Koller.

Ahly now awaits the winner of the other Egypt Cup semifinal between Zamalek and Pyramids FC, as they gear up for the final match of the domestic tournament.
