ZED FC had a penalty opportunity wasted by former Arab Contractors defender Mohamed Samir in the 40th minute, but Mahmoud Saber converted another penalty just before halftime to reduce the gap.

Mostafa Abdel-Raouf equalised for ZED FC from the spot after a handball by Arab Contractors' John Ochaya.

In injury time, ZED FC was awarded a fourth penalty, with Raafat Atteya converted to seemingly secure the three points.

However, Arab Contractors' Ahmed Fawzi quickly responded with a deflected shot to salvage a draw.

The league is currently led by Modern Future FC, who have maximum nine points and will face Pyramids FC later on Sunday.
