The African champions, participating in the tournament for a record ninth time and fourth consecutively, aim to surpass their previous performances and reach the final for the first time.
"We are prepared for Ittihad Jeddah and eagerly await the fans' massive support. We performed well in the previous edition, but this time, we are aiming higher," Koller told the Ahly website.
The Swiss coach acknowledged the pressure from Ahly's passionate fans who expect nothing less than victory. "We strive to please them by motivating the players to give their best," he added.
Koller expressed his delight at the anticipated fan presence, stating it will significantly boost the team's spirit and performance. "This is my second Club World Cup with Ahly, and our preparation remains consistent. We hope the stadium will be filled with fans," he said.
A victory for Ahly will set them up against South American champions Fluminense in the semi-finals on 18 December.
The other semi-final will see European champions Manchester City face the winner of the Urawa Reds and Club León clash.
Ahly's best Club World Cup result remains third place, achieved in 2006, 2020, and 2021.
