The Egyptian powerhouse have amassed maximum points from their first three games, triumphing over Abu Salim of Libya with a 1-0 victory, dominating SOAR of Guinea with a commanding 4-0 win, and narrowly defeating Sagrada 1-0, solidifying their hold on the top spot in the group.

The White Knights currently boast a three-point advantage over Abu Salim and six points over Sagrada, while SOAR Coyah sit at the bottom of the group with no points.

Zamalek's interim coach, Moatamed Gamal, emphasized his team's determination to overcome Sagrada and secure a place in the knockout stage. "We have set our sights on victory and a quarter-final berth in Angola. The match against Sagrada won't be easy, but we believe in our determination to see us through," Gamal stated during a press conference.

Despite the absence of key defenders Mahmoud Alaa and Mahmoud 'El-Wensh' Hamdi due to injuries, Gamal expressed confidence in his players' ability to deliver a strong performance.

On the other hand, the Angolan hosts will be eager to defeat the Cairo giants and revive their hopes of qualifying for the quarter-finals, especially after suffering two consecutive defeats. However, this will prove to be a significant challenge.

In their previous three encounters across all competitions, Zamalek secured just one victory over Sagrada, while the other two meetings ended in goalless draws.
