Zamalek currently lead their group with ten points, sitting four points ahead of second-placed Abu Salim from Libya who will face bottom side Academie SOAR later on Wednesday.
Sagrada are third position in the group with four points from four games.
Despite having several opportunities to score, Zamalek missed out on claiming an easy victory as they squandered many goal-scoring chances throughout the 90 minutes of the game.
Tunisian striker Seif Jaziri had an early chance to showcase Zamalek's superiority, but his close-range shot was blocked by an Angolan defender.
Omar Gaber also wasted an opportunity with a powerful shot from the edge of the area, which was denied by the goalkeeper.
In the second half, striker Nasser Mansi missed two clear chances from close range, while Hamza Methlouthi's shot was cleared off the line by a Sagrada defender.
Coach Moatamed Gamal made substitutions, replacing the offensive duo of Nasser Mansi and Seif Jaziri with fullback Abdallah Gomaa and midfielder Youssef Ibrahim, indicating his intention to secure a point.
During the final minutes, Sagrada made timid attempts to score, but Zamalek's defense and goalkeeper easily contained their efforts.
The point secured by Zamalek was enough to advance to the next round of the competition.
