The 26-year-old Malian midfielder Dieng is still recovering from a knee injury, according to team doctor Ahmed Gaballah.
"Aliou is undergoing a rehabilitation program to recover from a knee bruise he sustained recently," Gaballah told the club's official website.
"He will undergo medical tests to assess his condition and continue the rehabilitation program in the coming period."
Moreover, The defending champions will also miss the service from their Tunisian winger Mohamed Dhaoui, 20, who is still recovering from a hamstring injury, according to Gaballah.
The Red Devils, currently sitting atop Group D with 5 points, are hoping to extend their lead at the top of the group.
Meanwhile, the Algerian side, who are in fourth place with four points, hope to move up in the Group.
