The reigning champions host the Congolese side at Cairo International Stadium, with the tie finely balanced after a goalless draw in the first leg.
Ahly have been without key players including first-choice goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shennawy, midfielders Emam Ashour and Aliou Dieng, and winger Hussein El-Shahat.
However, Koller hinted at a potential boost for the return fixture.
"We could see some returning players like Emam Ashour or Mohamed El-Shennawy," Koller said during the pre-match press conference.
"I will assess their fitness in training today and make a decision," he added.
The 63-year-old Swiss coach reflected on the Lubumbashi stalemate, acknowledging the tightness of the tie.
"The chances are evenly balanced. Both teams could have won the first leg. We need to show our strength and secure our place in the final," he affirmed.
Koller also emphasized the importance of the passionate Ahly fanbase.
"The fans' support will be crucial. Football is for the fans, and when we play in front of them. It gives us immense motivation," he declared.
"We will rely on their energy to help us win, reach the final for a second consecutive year, and ultimately claim the title," he concluded.
The winner of this high-stakes encounter will face either Esperance of Tunisia or Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa in the final.
