The 38-year-old came off the bench to convert two penalties in the 78th and 82nd minutes, bringing his total goal tally to 128 goals, surpassing the late Masry legend El-Sayed El-Dezwi's record of 127 goals.
Leading the chart is the late Tersana striker Hassan El-Shazli with 176 goals, followed by current Pharaohs coach Hossam Hassan in second place with 168 goals.
El-Said started the game on the bench as Zamalek coach Jose Gomes opted to field five youth players after the team's poor performance against Pharco FC last week.
Zamalek also entered the game without three players called up for the Egypt U-23 squad: Ahmed 'Zizo' Sayed, midfielder Mohamed Shehata, and defender Hossam Abdel-Meguid.
However, El-Said was brought on in the 69th minute alongside Nasser Maher, Nabil Emad, and Tunisian striker Seif Jaziri to improve the team's offensive performance while the score was still 0-0.
Just a minute later, Ismaily winger Abdel-Rahman Magdi stunned the hosts with a curling shot that found the bottom corner of Mohamed Sobhi's net.
Nasser Maher earned a penalty in the 78th minute, which El-Saed converted to equalize, and four minutes later, El-Saed scored again from the spot to secure the victory.
El-Said, a former Ismaily, Ahly and Pyramids FC player, joined Zamalek last January and he scored four goals with the white knights so far.
Zamalek remain in ninth place in the league table with 38 points, while Ismaily dropped to 14th place with 31 points.
