The deal includes a purchase option for Sfaxien at the end of the loan period.
The 21-year-old winger struggled for regular playing time at Ahly after joining them in early 2023 from Etoile Sportive du Sahel.
He managed just 15 appearances across all competitions, totalling 455 minutes, failing to score but contributing one assist.
Sfaxien, who finished third in the Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle last season, are seeking reinforcements as they prepare to participate in the CAF Confederation Cup next season.
