Dakhleya, firmly rooted at the bottom of the table with 19 points, are now officially excluded from the Egyptian Premier League for the upcoming season.
While Zamalek are sixth with 45 points after 27 games.
The Whites applied pressure on Dakhleya from the start of the game, capitalizing on defensive blunders to secure both goals, courtesy of Obama.
Dakhleya's erroneous pass to Zamalek right back Omar Gaber landed in the path of Obama, who swiftly converted it into the opening goal in the 23rd minute.
Obama struck again 13 minutes into the second half, capitalizing on another wayward pass from Dakhleya defender Adham Hamed to double Zamalek's lead.
Dakhleya managed to salvage a penalty kick in the 65th minute, with substitute Ehab Samir successfully finding the net, resulting in a 2-1 victory for the Whites.
The match also marked the return of veteran forward Mahmoud "Shikabala" Abdel-Razek, who came on as a substitute in the 78th minute after recovering from a lenghty muscle injury.
Zamalek will face title contenders Pyramids FC in the rescheduled match from the 18th matchday on Friday.
