The Egyptian side did not disclose financial terms or the transfer fee paid to secure Ndiaye from Guediawaye FC, his former club in Senegal.
"Ndiaye arrived in Egypt on Sunday night and passed the medical tests early on Monday before announcing the deal," Zamalek's spokesman Ahmed Salem announced on his facebook page.
Ndiaye becomes Zamalek's fourth signing of the summer transfer window, joining Moroccan defender Mahmoud Bentayek, Palestinian striker Omar Farag, and left-back Mohamed Hamdy from Enppi.
The 2024 Confederation Cup champions are reinforcing their squad ahead of the new season, with Ndiaye expected to provide backup for Tunisian forward Seifeddine Jaziri and Egyptian striker Nasser Mansi.
