Winger Mahmoud Abdelhafiz "Zalaka," South African forward Fagrie Lakay, defender Abdallah Magdi and midfielder Islam Issa have all joined Ceramica from Pyramids.
The first three players signed a one-season loan deals, while Issa penned a one-year contract.
League Cup winners Ceramica Cleopatra will take on Egypt champions Ahly in the Egyptian Super Cup in the UAE on 20 October, with the winner will face the winners of the game between Zamalek and Pyramids FC on 24 October.
