Holders Pyramids FC reached the cup final after defeating NBE club, while Zamalek earned their spot with a win over Ceramica Cleopatra.
The final was initially scheduled for 20 May, with earlier discussions considering the United Arab Emirates as a potential host, but the EFA later opted to move the date and location.
Pyramids and Zamalek are set to meet in the domestic league on 13 May.
