The White Knights are unbeaten so far this season, leading the table with 10 points from four matches.

They earned their third win last week with a 1-0 victory over Pharco FC, having earlier beaten Modern Sport 2-1 and Ceramica Cleopatra 2-0, while being held to a draw at home by Arab Contractors.

Coach Yannick Ferreira expressed satisfaction with his side’s form but said there was still room for improvement.

“We are ready for the game against Wadi Degla as there are no changes in our preparations,” Ferreira told the club’s official website.

Zamalek will be without midfielder Nabil “Donga” Emad, who is suspended after collecting a third yellow card against Pharco.

“We have the suitable substitute for Nabil Donga,” Ferreira said. “I am not happy with the missed chances against Pharco and we will work hard to avoid that in the coming games.”

Wadi Degla sit on four points from four matches, having beaten ZED FC and drawn with Pyramids FC. They have lost to ENPPI and Petrojet.
