Slovenia visit Kosovo on Friday 10 October, before hosting Switzerland three days later.
They sit bottom of Group B with one point from two matches, five behind leaders Switzerland.
Gradišar, 23, joined Egyptian champions Ahly from Hungarian side Fehervar in January but has struggled to cement a starting role.
He has scored seven goals in 28 appearances across all competitions, including two this season.
The forward missed Ahly’s 2-1 victory over Zamalek in the Cairo derby on Monday due to a muscle injury.
Gradišar has one senior cap, scoring the winner in a 1-0 friendly victory over the United States in January 2024.
He has not featured for the national side since.
