The latest ban adds to the severe financial crisis engulfing the Cairo-based club.
FIFA did not specify the reason for this sanction but indicated it is the seventh active case against Zamalek, though it is likely linked to unpaid dues owed to a former player, coach or another club.
This follows a similar ban issued on 3 December, reportedly related to a financial dispute with former Tunisian midfielder Ferjani Sassi, who is claimed to owe the club around $505,000, just days after another ban was imposed on 24 November over unpaid dues to former Swiss coach Christian Gross.
The cash-strapped side have faced repeated FIFA sanctions in recent years.
The restrictions will remain in force until the club resolves its six outstanding disputes.
This new ban is a significant blow to Zamalek's plans to reinforce their squad in the upcoming January transfer window, deepening the club's operational troubles.
Zamalek, who last won the Egyptian Premier League in 2022, have struggled for consistency this season, as they sit fourth on 22 points, seven behind leaders Ceramica Cleopatra, who have played one game more.
