In a statement, the club thanked Abdel Raouf for his efforts during his time in charge.
Zamalek also said that Tamer Abdel Hamid, deputy technical director of the youth sector, and former captain Hazem Emam will lead the team on an interim basis, alongside the current technical staff, for the upcoming match against Ittihad of Alexandria Club.
The fixture is scheduled for Thursday in the fourth round of the group stage of the Egypt Capital Cup.
The club added that consultations are ongoing with sporting director John Edward to appoint a new head coach.
Abdel Raouf, who confirmed his departure, took charge at the beginning of November. Under his leadership, Zamalek played seven matches across all competitions, recording three wins, three draws, and one defeat.
The White Knights are preparing to face Ittihad of Alexandria as they aim to improve their position in the group stage.
