Under the league’s current format, the top seven teams advance to a mini-league to determine the champion, while the remaining 14 sides enter a separate competition to decide the four relegation places.
Zamalek (43 points), Pyramids FC (43), Ahly (40), Ceramica Cleopatra (38), Masry (33), Smouha (31) and ENPPI (30) secured their places in the final round.
According to the draw, leaders Zamalek will launch their campaign against Masry on 3 April at Alexandria’s Borg El Arab Stadium, while Ahly will face Ceramica Cleopatra at Arab Contractors Stadium later on the day.
Pyramids FC will be exempt from the opening round and will face Zamalek on 23 April at Cairo Stadium before hosting Ahly at Air Defence Stadium four days later.
According to the draw, the final phase of the seven-team tournament will conclude in 20 May.
