Ahly coach Hossam El-Badry announced the 25-man squad that will join the team's preparatory camp in Alexandria Thursday for the game against Tunisian giants Esperance in the first leg of the CAF Champions League final.

International goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy, who missed a Red Devils' training session Tuesday after suffering swelling in his knee in Monday's friendly match with Wadi Degla, has been included in Ahly's anticipated clash after recovering from the minor injury.

Inspirational playmaker Mohamed Abou-Treika has also been included for this home game after serving his two-month ban. The 33-year old international midfielder has been suspended by the board after refusing to play the Super Cup game last September in solidarity with the Port Said victims' families.

Ahly will host the Tunisian giants in the first leg of the African final at Alexandria's Borg Al-Arab Stadium on Sunday while the return match will be held in Tunisia 17 November.

Six-time African champions Ahly are currently eyeing their first continental trophy since 2008, while Esperance are hoping to clinch a second consecutive Champions League title.

The Cairo giants booked their place in the final after a 4-3 aggregate victory over Nigerian guests Sunshine Stars. Title-holders Esperance reached the final after eliminating formidable Congolese side TP Mazembe.
