Egyptian football reduces wages for all employees

Cash-strapped Egyptian Football Association looks at ways of cutting spiraling costs

EFA says on Tuesday it will pay employees a maximum of LE15,000 ($24,500) and a minimum of LE1,500.

The association says it will also consult with clubs about implementing a salary cap for players to eliminate what it calls an "exaggeration" in player wages.
