Egypt's ENPPI came from behind to beat Supersport 3-1 in South Africa and reach the CAF Confederation Cup round of 16 on Saturday.
Supersport, who held ENPPI to a goalless draw in Cairo two weeks ago, needed 10 minutes to take the lead but the visitors stormed back to claim a convincing victory.
Ivorian striker Vincent Die Foneye scored twice before the break and forward Ahmed Omran added the third ten minutes into the second half as ENPPI joined Ismaily in the last 16.
Ismaily, the other Egyptian representative in Africa's secondary club competition, went through after beating Sudan's Ahli Shandi 4-3 on penalties following a 0-0 aggregate draw on Friday.
The Confederation Cup has eluded Egyptian clubs since it was introduced in 2004 by merging the African Cup Winners' Cup and the CAF Cup in a single competition.
