Arab Contractors climbed to fifth place in the Egyptian League's Group B following their 1-0 win over Ismaily on Monday, thanks largely to Mahmoud Rezk who scored the winner in the 37th minute.

The victory is the fourth for Arab Contractors since the arrival one month ago of coach Mohamed Radwan.

Ismaily, who played the game with an eye on their upcoming African clash against CA Bizertin, have had a place reserved in the Egyptian League's final round since last week.

Ismaily will host Tunisian side CA Bizertin on Sunday for the second leg of Confederation Cup playoffs in Cairo.

The Egyptian team are looking to reverse their first-leg 3-0 loss to the Tunisian side to reach the continental competition's group stage.
