The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) has fined four clubs for crowd trouble during week 17 of the Premier League season.

"Ahly, Zamalek, Ismaily and Ittihad of Alexandria were fined LE100,000 each after their fans broke the crowd ban," read a statement on the EFA website.

Dozens of fans stormed the stadiums at matches during week 17 of the season despite the crowd ban.

Supporters have been banned from attending matches since the Port Said disaster killed more than 70 Ahly fans in February 2012.

Ahly, Zamalek, Ismaily and ENPPI have qualified for the next leg of a mini league dubbed the Martyrs' League.

The fans have announced their determination to attend the rest of the league games while the interior ministry has firmly refused to provide security at the matches.

Security officials were among dozen charged over the Port Said disaster.

The country is expecting violence on 30 June when thousands are set to march calling for the ouster of President Mohamed Morsi.
