Ahly's African Super Cup game at home to Tunisia's Sfaxien has been rescheduled again for "organisational reasons", African governing body CAF said on Sunday.

The match, which was initially due to be played on 22 February, has been put back one day last week as Ahly sought to avoid coinciding with the jailbreak trial of Egypt’s ousted president Mohamed Morsi.

However, it was eventually brought forward to 20 February.

"The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announces that the 2014 Orange CAF Super Cup will now take place on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the Air Defence Stadium in Cairo at 19h00 (local time)," the African governing body said in a statement.

"The decision taken by the CAF Executive Committee was informed by organizational reasons."

Ahly are the record holders of the African Super Cup with five titles under their belt. They beat Sfaxien 2-1 in the same competition in 2009.
