Zamalek and Club Africain's game in the CAF Champions League in Egypy
Tunisian newspaper El-Sarih reported that Egyptian side Zamalek are in talks with the Tunisian giants Club Africain to play a friendly next May.
The proposed match is intended to repair the damage of the violent pitch invasion during the two teams' match in the round of 32 of the CAF Champions League at Cairo stadium on Saturday.
Thousands of angry Zamalek fans invaded the pitch as the match entered injury time, attacking the referees and Tunisian players with their team on the verge of being eliminated.
While the proposed game's venue is yet to be decided, Zamalek officials have stepped up their interest in hosting it as a way of apologising fo the behaviour of their fans in Ciaro.
