Zamalek will face Zambian side Nkana FC in the African Champions League round of 16 after the latter defeated Uganda's Kampala City 2-1 on Saturday.
Nkana went through with a 4-3 aggregate victory, having played out a 2-2 draw at home to Kampala City in the first leg.
Five-time winners Zamalek, who last won the Champions League in 2002, qualified for the last 16 after holding Kabuscorp to a 0-0 draw in Angola to complete a 1-0 aggregate win.
