Pharaohs' doctor Tarek Soliman said on Wednesday that Egypt's winger Walid Soliman is fit for Friday's African Cup of Nations qualifier against Botswana.
The Ahly winger felt pain during Tuesday's training and left the session early.
But the Pharaohs' doctor told Ahram Sports on Wednesday that "Soliman is fit for the Botswana clash".
Injuries sidelined Ahly keeper Sherif Ekrami, Zamalek's winger Hazem Emam, Smouha's striker Hany El-Eguizi and Hull City's winger Ahmed Elmohamady from the Botswana trip.
Egypt risk missing out on a Nations Cup place for a third successive time after opening their qualifying campaign with two losses to Senegal and Tunisia.
They face Botswana, who also have no points, in Gaborone on Friday before hosting them five days later in Cairo.
