"Ready to second half. We're powerful as never with our humble and collective team spirit attitude," Queiroz tweeted on Sunday.
Egypt beat Senegal 1-0 at Cairo Stadium on Friday to gain a slim advantage before the second leg takes place in Dakar on Tuesday.
The Pharaohs produced a spirited and solid performance against a star-studded Senegal side, who could not break down the hosts' sturdy defence.
Queiroz said after the game that Egypt would have to "double their efforts" if they are to qualify for the Qatar finals in November.
"We're full of trust and confidence because we know there is something bigger than us to achieve and we can see it," the Portuguese coach said.
"We know we can do it because we're ready to pay the price to Play Great and make all efforts and sacrifices to serve the Egyptian Fans."
Queiroz hopes to lead Egypt to their fourth World Cup finals and their second in a row. He is also eager to achieve a personal record of qualifying for his fifth World Cup, having previously led South Africa, Portugal and Iran to the football's most prestigious showpiece.
