Kouka, Hegazi and Hamed join Egypt trainings

Foreign-based trio Alanyaspor striker Ahmed ‘Kouka’ Hassan and Ittihad Jeddah pair Tarek Hamed and Ahmed Hegazi joined the Egyptian national team trainings on Monday at Borg El-Arab stadium in Alexandria.



Kouka had just played with Alanyaspor on Sunday conceding a heavy 5-0 defeat against Fenerbahce while Hamed and Hegazy helped Ittihad Jeddah claim a precious 2-0 win against Al-Khaleej on Thursday.

Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah, Trabzonspor forward Mahmoud Trezeguet, Wolfsburg forward Omar Marmoush and Nantes striker Mostafa Mohamed are set to join the team in the next few hours.

Egypt coach Rui Vitória has announced a 27-man list to play Niger and Liberia on 23 and 27 September.

The Pharaohs will also face Belgium in another friendly in November.
