The 28-year-old is set to leave Liverpool as the Premier League side has decided not to renew his contract which expires on 30 June.
The match will take place in Morocco after the Confederation of African Football (CAF) failed to approve Guinea's home ground.
Guinea is currently second in Group D with nine points, on level with group leaders Egypt, who top the group due to their better goal difference.
Malawi and Ethiopia are currently third and fourth in the group with three points each.
The first two teams in each group will qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations, which is scheduled to take place in Cote d'Ivoire in January 2024.
