This comes despite their victory over Zambia and draw with Algeria in two friendly matches earlier this month.
The Pharaohs continue to hold the fifth position among African countries, trailing Morocco (13th), Senegal (20th), Tunisia (32nd), and Algeria (33rd).
In the rankings among Arab nations, Egypt secured the fourth position, with Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria ahead.
During their recent participation in the UAE camp, Egypt played two friendlies, winning 1-0 against Zambia and drawing 1-1 with Algeria.
These matches served as part of their final preparations before the commencement of the 2026 African World Cup qualifiers in November.
Egypt previously achieved a spot in the top 10 teams globally, following their consecutive Africa Cup of Nations titles in 2006, 2008, and 2010.
Argentina remain at the top spot in the world rankings, followed by France, Brazil, England, and Belgium, respectively.
Seeking a fourth World Cup appearance, Egypt have been placed in Group A for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, along with Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, and Djibouti.
The qualifiers kick off in November, with Egypt playing its first match against Djibouti in the first round of Group A games.
Under the guidance of coach Rui Vitoria, Egypt has secured their place in the 2023 AFCON, scheduled to take place in Cote d'Ivoire in January 2024.
Meanwhile, Tunisia has dropped three spots to the 32nd position, maintaining their status as the third-ranked African team.
