Liverpool's Salah joined the camp after scoring two goals in his club's 3-0 win over Brentford on Sunday.
Marmoush, the Eintracht Frankfurt winger, and Mostafa Mohamed, the Nantes striker, also joined the camp.
The three players are expected to form the Egypt’s attacking line in their World Cup qualifying matches, which start on Thursday against Djibouti at Cairo Stadium. The match kicks off at 6pm local time.
Egypt is in Group A of the African qualifiers, along with Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, Guinea-Bissau, and Burkina Faso.
After the match against Djibouti, Egypt will travel to Liberia to face Sierra Leone on Monday in their second group match.
