The trio is among the six foreign-based players called up by Egypt's newly appointed coach, Hossam Hassan, for the friendly tournament.
Al-Khaleej (Saudi Arabia) striker Mohamed Sheri and Al-Wakrah (Qatar) midfielder Hamdi Fathi have also joined the squad early on Monday.
Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush is expected to join the camp on Tuesday.
In the competition's opener on Friday 22 March, Egypt will face New Zealand, while Croatia will take on Tunisia on the same day.
The winners of the two matches will meet in the final four days later.
The Pharaohs began their camp on Sunday with the participation of 19 locally-based players.
This will be the first appearance of the Egyptian national team under the guidance of new coach Hossam Hassan, who replaced Portuguese manager Rui Vitoria last month following Egypt's disappointing performance in the Africa Cup of Nations, where they were eliminated in the round of 16.
