The Guinean side advanced to the second place in Group A with five points from three games, one point behind leaders Egypt who will host Burkina Faso in Cairo on Thursday.
Ethiopia remain on the Group bottom with two points from three games.
On Wednesday Sierra Leone defeated Djibouti 2-1.
On the next fixtures, Guinea Bissau will host Egypt on Monday, while Burkina Faso will take on Sierra Leone also on day.
Djibouti and Ethiopia will face off on Sunday.
