During a training session in Cairo, wingers Mahmoud "Trezeguet" Hassan, Omar Marmoush and defender Ahmed Hegazi joined the squad.
Egypt are set to face Cape Verde on Friday 6 September, in their opening match of the qualifiers before taking on Botswana away from home, four days later.
Skipper Mohamed Salah, striker Mostafa Mohamed and defender Mohamed Abdelmonem are set to join the Pharaohs camp on Wednesday.
Egypt were drawn in Group C that includes Cape Verde, Mauritania, and Botswana.
