The Pharaohs will host Mauritania on Friday 11 October at Cairo staduim before facing them again away from home on Tuesday 15 of the same month.
Egypt, currently leading Group C with maximum six points after victories over Cape Verde 3-0 and Botswana 4-0, aim to secure early qualification.
Mauritania and Cape Verde sit second in the group with 3 points, while Botswana remains winless.
