Zizo, who typically played as a right midfielder in Salah's presence, may revert to his original position on the right flank for this match.

During the last game, Mostafa Mohamed began on the bench as Hassan opted to start with Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush, who has been in exceptional form in the Bundesliga, currently leading the scoring charts with eight goals.

Another potential option for Hassan is U-23 Egypt team and NBE Club striker Ossama Faysal, although starting with Marmoush appears to be the most probable choice.

In the previous clash, the Mauritanian national team displayed resilience, proving to be a serious challenge for the seven-time African champions, who took 70 minutes to break the deadlock.

The upcoming match in Nouakchott is anticipated to be tough, with the hosts expected to fiercely defend their chances in the qualifiers.
