The teams will meet on Friday, 14 November, at 16:00 Cairo time (14:00 GMT), with a second match scheduled for Monday, 17 November, at 18:00.
Both games will be played at Cairo International Stadium after organizers moved the fixtures from an earlier proposed venue.
The squad announcement included three new call-ups: Zamalek goalkeeper Mohamed Awaad, Ceramica Cleopatra goalkeeper Mohamed Bassam, and Petrojet defender Hadi Riyad.
The Arab Cup, running from 1 to 18 December, will feature expanded squads and a condensed schedule. Egypt have been drawn in Group C alongside Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and either Kuwait or Mauritania, who will meet in a qualifying play-off.
Algeria will compete in Group D with Iraq, Bahrain or Djibouti, and Lebanon or Sudan.
Officials said the two friendlies will give coaches a final chance to assess fringe players before finalizing squads for the regional tournament.
