Egypt face a challenging test in the African Cup of Nations (CAN) qualifiers after being drawn in Group G with Tunisia and Senegal.
In the same group, they will also be facing the winner of matches 39 and 40 of the preliminary round.
Under the leadership of Shawky Gharib, the Pharaohs, who are the record winners of seven titles, are bidding for a return to the competition after missing two in a row.
The 30th CAN will be held in Morocco from 17 January to 8 February in 2015. The opening ceremony will be in Marrakech.
