Mahmoud 'Trezeguet' Hassan (Kasimpasa)
The in-form winger received a yellow card in the 79th minute and was substituted shortly after as Kasimpasa slumped to a 3-1 defeat by Genclerbirligi in the Turkish league. 

Sunday 13 May

Ramadan Sobhi (Stoke City)
The winger was left out of Stoke's squad for their 2-1 win over Swansea City in the Premier League. 

Ahmed Hegazi (West Bromwich Albion)
The central defender played the full 90 minutes but West Bromwich Albion lost 2-0 to Crystal Palace in the Premier League. 

Ali Gabr (West Bromwich Albion)
The defender was left out of West Bromwich's squad for the 2-0 loss to Crystal Palace in the Premier League. 

Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)
The red-hot winger set a record of most goals scored in a 38-game Premier League season after giving Liverpool the lead in a 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion. He also finished as the competition's top scorer with 32 goals. 

Ahmed Kouka (Braga)
The striker remained on the bench as Braga lost 1-0 to Rio Ave in the Portuguese league.
