Egyptian forward Mohamed Zidan has declared that he wants to leave Borussia Dortmund (BVB) when his contract expires at the end of the season

“It’s better for me to wait four months until my contract with BVB ends and leave on a free transfer,” the former Hamburg star told Egyptian TV channel Al-Hayah on Monday.

The 30-year-old also revealed that he had received many transfer offers but hadn’t yet made his final decision on where to move.

“I have received many offers from Egypt and the Gulf but I am still thinking them over,” he said.

The Pharaohs' key player complained that he didn’t play enough for the German club due to successive injury setbacks.
