Egyptian winger Mahmoud “Trezeguet” Hassan scored a goal, while full back and countryman Karim Hafez provided an assist for another to help Kasimpasa secure a late 2-2 league draw against Trabzonspor on Monday.
Trabzonspor got an early lead through two first half goals by Nigerian striker Anthony Nuatuzor, but Kasimpasa restored the balance after the break with two goals on minutes 63 and 90.
Second half substitute Hafez was lucky enough to provide an assist for teammate Stipe Perica who scored the first goal for Kasimpasa, while Trezeguet, who played full time, doubled the score from a penalty in injury time.
Playing his second season in Turkey, Trezeguet took his tally to seven goals in his team's 23 league games.
Kasimpasa currently lie 11th in the league table with 30 points, 24 points behind leaders Istanbul Basaksehir.
