Liverpool and Senegal forward Sadio Mane lauded his relationship with teammate and Egypt's winger Mohamed Salah, saying that they "speak the same football."
Speaking to France Football magazine in a special edition about Liverpool, Mané has given insights about the Reds' dressing room and his relation with his teammates.
The Teranga Lions captain was full of praise for Salah who is now partnering in Liverpool's front line for the third season in a row.
"He is a crazy goalscorer. He is an exceptional player who can do everything," he was quoted as saying by France Football who published some parts of the interview on Monday.
Salah joined Liverpool in summer 2017 and has shattered most of Liverpool and the Premier League scoring records claiming back-to-back top scorer titles.
"It happened that we lose our minds but it remains a great pleasure to play next to him because I have the feeling that we speak the same football," he concluded.
In a recent event, Mane had reacted angrily on the bench after Salah has failed to pass him inside the area.
Reports have suggested a rift in Liverpool's dressing room, but both players and coach Jurgen Klopp confirmed the close ties between them.
Mane – who also finished as the Premier League top scorer last season – is leading Liverpool's scorers' chart this season with six goals while Salah has five so far.
