Hosni Abd-Rabou vented his frustration after being replaced in Ittihad’s Saudi League game against Al-Qadisiyah on Sunday.
The Egyptian midfielder was substituted on the hour mark by Spanish coach Raul Candea, who also replaced him in the second half of Ittihad’s 4-0 victory over Uzbek side Pakhtakor in the AFC Champions League last week.
Abd-Rabou did shake the hands of teammate Ayman Fadel, who replaced him against Al-Qadisiyah, before pushing an advertising hoarding in anger on his way to the dugout.
Ittihad claimed a 1-0 victory to end a three-match losing streak in the Saudi League.
Abd-Rabou, 27, joined Ittihad on loan from Egyptian side Ismaily following the Port Said disaster which left 74 fans killed following the end of a league game between Masry and Ahly.
