Olympiacos Egyptian striker Ahmed "Kouka" Hassan celebrated on wednesday his first goal in UEFA Champions League against Olympique Marseille by dedicating the achievement to his late father who died on the same day five years ago.

Both teams failed to score during the original time until Kouka put his Greek side in the lead with a header in the 90+1 minute, giving his team an important three points in the first round of the UEFA Champions League group stage.

Olympiacos play in group C alongside with Manchester City, Olympique Marseille, and FC Porto.

The 27-year-old forward completed a permanent move to Olympiacos by signing a new three-year deal last August after spending two loan stints at the club last season coming from Portuguese side Braga.

Kouka participated in six matches with the team in the current season in all competitions scoring two goals.
