Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny is available for selection after recovering from COVID-19, the Premier League club said on Saturday.

Elneny contracted the highly-contagious virus while on international duty with Egypt earlier this month.

"Mo has been cleared to return to full training and is available for selection," Arsenal said on their official website.

The 28-year-old could now feature in Arsenal's league game against Wolves on Sunday.

Elneny, who was linked with a move away from the Emirates in the summer, cemented his place in Arsenal's starting line-up with some impressive displays this season.

He has made five Premier League appearances so far this season.
