Reports in the British media had claimed that Arsenal would offload Elneny when the winter transfer window reopens next January and that he would join the Turkish league.
"Elneny is not close to joining any team as we have more offers from England, Italy and Turkey as there is no definite team that will land the player," Nazmi told an Egyptian television programme late on Thursday.
"Elneny will complete his contract with Arsenal through the end of the ongoing season then we will see what happens,"
Elneny's agent revealed that Arsenal were in talks with player to extend his stay, but they stopped their negotiations and he will complete his deal with the Gunners instead.
The 29-year-old, who joined Arsenal from Swiss side Basel in January 2016, was close to joining Turkish giants Galatasaray last summer, but the English Premier League side refused the offer, according to Sky Sports.
The Egyptian international has made134 appearances with Arsenal in all competitions since his arrival, but played only one game this term, featuring for 45 minutes in the team's 5-0 Premier League loss to Manchester City.
"Elneny sees Arsenal as the first choice as he received offer from French team Olympique de Marseille, but he preferred to stay in the England," the player's agent said.
The player's agent also denied reports that linked his client with a move to Egyptian Premier League giants and African Champions Ahly next winter, confirming there are no negotiations between the two sides over a possible move.
Elneny has previous experience in Turkey, having spent the 2019-20 season on loan at Besiktas.
