Salah was on target to help Liverpool come from behind and earn a 3-1 home win over Norwich City in the Premier League.
"Of course I'm happy to score 150. I'm always proud to score for this club, and the most important thing is to win games, which is what we did today," Salah told the Premier League Productions after the match.
Liverpool were stunned by an early goal from Milot Rashica but they were able to turn the game around with goals from Sadio Mane, Salah and Luis Diaz.
"It feels great. We were struggling in the beginning when we conceded the goal but I think we played good football [in the] first half. The second half, we conceded the goal, so the game became tougher," Salah added.
"But we managed to come back and it's a great result."
Victory took Klopp's men to within six points of Manchester City, who host Tottenham later on Saturday.
Salah has netted 150 goals in 233 games since he joined Liverpool from AS Roma in the summer of 2017.
The 29-year-old is the second fastest Liverpool player to reach that mark, just behind Roger Hunt, who achieved that feat in 226 games.
